Shi Hao wins, because the supreme bone in Shi Yi resonated with Shi Hao and Shi Hao made it explode although he also used the Soul Shattering Needles and the Soul Surpressing Pagoda on Shi Yi.
Shi Hao then goes and kill some of the spectators because some of them tried to kill him during and after the fight and someone went after the referee (I mistakenly thought it was Shi Hao)

Shi Yi's body is taken away by a mysterious woman who also possesses dual pupils and he is eventually resurrected

I just added a spoiler about Shi Yi in case someone later on asks but I thought you said Shi Yi died!! lol

aww and there I was thinking he had a thing for the referee considering he slapped his butt during his entry. :P

lol I dont recall the butt touching in the novel, but it was funny when Shi Hao goes after those people even though he was already severely injured, and ironically they were those spectators that were supporting Shi Yi and badmouthing Shi Hao. The granny by Yue Chan's side (Qing Yi actually) encouraged someone to attack Shi Hao, but Shi Hao came for her anyway, she manages to capture her and slaps her a few times, then when she threatens to wipe out his family and friends, he rips one of her arms off. He eventually uses the Soul Suppressing Pagoda to refine her turning her into ash and whatever remains left lol

And oops it wasnt Shi Hao that went after the referee it as someone else

but he gets resurrected in the upper realm lol then Shi Hao wants to surpass him again, BUT this time.... Layered Pupils is in fact more powerful. However, people born with Layered Pupils have naturally weak constitution. If we completely ignore the personality and look objectively at Layered pupils and Supreme Bone, Layered Pupils are sort of a late boomer, start weak, end strong while Supreme Bone is early boomers, start strong, later on this talent is not really that great.

Those who read the novel in raws will notice that by later stages, Supreme Bone powers isn't that significant when Shi Hao has so much other powers while Shi Yi was still able to use Layered Pupils to kill Godking.

Shi Yi's mother plotted against Shi Hao to give her son the constitution boost from having Supreme Bone. Too bad, Shi Yi is still inherently weak and requires a lot of other external help just to keep up with Shi Hao's constitution.

Bear in mind, this is Natural Born Supreme Shi Hao without Supreme Bones. If tables are turned, Shi Hao is the one who gets Layered Pupils and has Supreme Bones, the Layered Pupils would be extremely powerful in his hands... I mean eye sockets.

That said, Shi Yi's arrogance and warped mind is the result of his mother having warped values.

Oh her She is actually a human, but that is a second body of hers (a clone) she has multiple bodies, her actual main body is in the higher realms, and she likes to have clones of her with different looks, which is unusual given that everyone else will have clones that look the same.

Cultivators split their bodies and have clones because when they rejoin the main body the cultivator will become more powerful, but it will mean the "death" of the clone, each clone have their own thoughts and opinions, and sometimes not aligned with the main body. Although the donghua seem to be making her clones look the same, since the first time Shi Hao meets her and the second time, she actually changed her looks, which is why he didnt recognise her when he saw her again and was shocked when he finally realised who she is (during the scene he met Yue Chan) It didnt made sense when you watched the donghua since she looked the same, but the novel had it that she changed her looks.

Anyway back to the Fox Lady, she doesnt have an actual name in the novel, and it is implied she likes someone in the higher realm though we never actually see him, she becomes a close friend of Shi Hao, though sometimes it is debatable as she is willing to betray him, though not out of malice just necessity, they are always flirting with each other and almost becomes intimate with each other at times. The donghua is more toned down than what is in the novel, so what I wrote might not be in the donghua but he does try to bring her back to Stone Village and make her a maid (and concubine) though he never succeeds

No, the power doesnt go back, if I remember correctly the reverse happens, the main body suffers a loss

At one stage Shi Hao found some spiritual soil and wanted to dig all of them up for his medicine garden, he knew there were a high level cultivation master's corpse buried in the soil (which is why the soil exists) and as he was digging he found a body, it was her lol
She had buried herself so she can cultivate in the soil by taking advantage of it, and Shi Hao thought she was dead cause he could barely detect her breathing

Out of all the female characters, her personality is a match for Shi Hao

And yes she doesnt become Shi Hao's wife. while the other three does, well one is officially consort/concubine
